I have been an above knee amputee for 31years.......l have been to numerous prosthetic businesses since 1994....everyone of these businesses could care less about the amputee....my first socket.in 1994....was made by Chuck buxton.wisc.orthopedic.....now called nova care..glued my socket back together after it broke.....l have had nothing but nightmares in the prosthetic leg industry since 1994.....l had a access prosthetic in depere..wis....Brenton wastska...a previous hanger employee reposese...a prosthetic leg he sold me..... read more
Susan is amazing and well experienced. She is helpful, innovative. accommodating and works well with children. The brace she made for my son has given him independence and a part of his life back. Dave is understanding and truly cares about people and providing good customer service. I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately the front desk experience is lacking at one of the locations, but they are working on improving.
There is only one person in all the Hanger locations in the area that is decent. I have been to four different locations and all of them are horrible. Front desk staff is rude or never available, they randomly close early and it’s frustrating how much the orthotics break and how often we have to go in.
Terrible, terrible To be treated as if I was a "no body" I was so hurt and totally devastated..Wow this office was unreal. No respect at all!!
