Robin Spencer at the Hangar Clinic in South Barrington is fantastic! She was thorough and took the time to understand my needs and to educate me on the process. I was very happy with my experience here. PS. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful!!
Robin Spencer - at the South Barrington office - was fantastic! She took time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure my orthotics fit comfortably. Robin went above and beyond what was required of the appointment—she shared practical tips and resources to help ensure lon term foot health. I’d definitely recommend seeing Robin if you need orthotics.
This is the second time I go to this clinic. There’s a woman up front Karen, refuses to pass us. We had an appointment 4 weeks ago for braces, received confirmation and request to pay ahead. When we finally came to our appointment, the same hour of my appointment, Karen was calling me saying they did not have authorization for the item I needed.
