Horrible, hateful person at the front desk. Did everything she could to make my daughter suffer. I regret ever setting my daughter up with Hanger Clinic, should have went elsewhere.

I had such a fantastic experience here. The woman at the front desk was quick to welcome me and was very kind through the check-in process. I sat in the waiting area for only a short period of time before being taken back by the provider. She was incredibly patient, empathetic, thorough, and just genuinely caring throughout the whole appointment; she was also so accommodating and knowledgeable that it left a lasting impression. Hanger Clinic is absolutely awesome! The initial visit was professional, friendly and very informative. From the time of entrance, the executive assistant was very helpful to Christopher who fits the brace was a pleasant experience. Today, January 18 was the adjustment. It was very time efficient. Christopher is very patient and extremely knowledgable. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a brace or any prosthetic of any type to use Hanger Clinic. i wouldn't even give it a one star. the lady behind the counter is such a B@#$h. the most unfriendliest person. very unprofessional.
