I honestly cant believe Chris and Sharon, warrant less than a 5 star review. I believe all prosthetics are imperfect and not your natural limb. Even though I am going through intense pain and discomfort. I have used Hanger Clinic in Savannah GA, and Sheboygan Wi. I am in a much better place and able to have less pain and discomfort because they have helped me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Knowingly ordered the wrong device. Had to drop off a shoe for the new and correct device. I got there before their posted hours (445 when their site says 5) and they were locked and gone. Now I have to miss more work to take the shoe so that the device that should have been ordered in the first place can be completed. If you need devices for kids go to the Hanger clinic within Childrens Wisconsin. Not this place! She needs her brace before school starts. I’m guessing that’s not going to happ... read more
Horrible, hateful person at the front desk. Did everything she could to make my daughter suffer. I regret ever setting my daughter up with Hanger Clinic, should have went elsewhere.
I had such a fantastic experience here. The woman at the front desk was quick to welcome me and was very kind through the check-in process. I sat in the waiting area for only a short period of time before being taken back by the provider. She was incredibly patient, empathetic, thorough, and just genuinely caring throughout the whole appointment; she was also so accommodating and knowledgeable that it left a lasting impression.
