I would give them no stars if the option was available. Our experience is that they have a high turn over rate and we’ve rarely seen the same person twice. They did not provide helpful support to my dad or any knowledge on what to expect from living with a prosthetic long term or as his limb changes. They just explain discomfort as normal. If I could give it a zero I would. I've been dealing with theses people for over a year for my shoes and inserts and all they have done is make excuses. Now they tell me that they no longer accept my insurance! What a joke. No answers to questions as to why the shoes were never ordered/made? Just my insurance is not covered anymore. Not very professional in my book. Thanks for nothing.
This place is such a rip off !!! I went there because I needed their shoes and they told me that it was $150 and then I got a call and the lady said it was $500. Are you out of your mind? I have to go back to the Hanger but I will not go back to dislocation and ask for my shoes. I am not getting them.
Because of my out of state situation with being a new transplant over here, this crew did whatever was needed to get thru red tape. The efforts and dedication involved is appreciated. Bryan did an outstanding job in making my new arm. I'm very pleased with the results but more importantly, wanted to point out the excellence this clinic strives for. Thank you guys!!
