Excellent service
I called today on July 18 and I was placed on hold for a very long time. The phone ring back to the front desk. April picked up the phone and was talking to everyone in the building except for me. I them ask if she ever planned to help me. She said very nasty that she was the only person at front and I said I was tired of being placed on hold. She hung the phone up on me. The nurse was in the office with me when this happened and thought this was very rude behavior. So therefore I had to call another place to try to help me.... read more
