We've had a horrible experience with billing with this location. This winter, we were told that my son's AFOs would not be covered by our insurance so we needed to pay out-of-pocket. They refused to submit a claim to even try and see if it would be covered. Because he was in pain and desperately needed a new set of AFOs, I paid out of pocket, thinking I could submit the claim myself for reimbursement.
