After telling my wife they don't accept our insurance over the phone we agreed to pay out of pocket and scheduled the appointment. After taking off work and driving across town they informed her that they refuse to see my son at all. Apparently it's against some rule that they can't see patients insured by BCBST even if no claim is filed and paying out of pocket. Some reason they don't tell you this over the phone.
Great clinic that served my needs! Fun, friendly, knowledgeable staff made me feel at ease and answered all my questions/concerns.
This is a family oriented environment that delivers a personal experience..
Hanger Clinic is the only place of this type that I have used but I don't think there is any other clinic in Memphis that could beat their craftsmanship or service.
