All of the staff in the back are really great. The lady that handles Veterans’ appointments from the VA is really difficult to work with. She talks down to Veterans and is mean to them.
Will not ever go back there again!!!! If you have Medicare do not go there expecting it to be paid😡😡😡
I personally have had great experiences with dealing with Hanger Clinic as a whole, and through Andrew, this is the technician who helps me with all my Hanger interactions. This guy goes so far above and beyond the description of his job, in my opinion. Every single issue I have had with both sets of my braces has been resolved through Andrew. I will recommend Hanger Clinic to anyone I know who would require care at this level. Thank you, Hanger Clinic, and last but not least, Andrew over in the southeast region!!!
