Unfortunately I was not able to give this place zero stars because of all issues I had with them. It is extremely hard for me to say everything because the staff were nice but I was told 2 times that my prosthetic boot was lost in transit after my measurements were taken. I was then asked to come back to be remeasured only to be told that they did not have the boot again. I have a dropped foot, so I needed a foot brace. They got an order from my doctor, and they never got ahold of me! I called them 3 times. First they told me they needed info from my dr! Second time, they told me that the dr office just rang and rang , I asked them if they would like me to give them my # that I call. She said no, that they would find it. Third time I called, they still hadn’t gotten ahold of my doctor. This had been going on for 2 months, so I told them to just toss the order. They didn’t seem to care!!!
Staff has unpleasant bedside manners . The front desk is very pleasant.
We had a wonderful experience with Hanger Clinic while getting a cranial helmet for our 7 month old daughter to treat her plagiocephaly. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. I’ve been using this business for many years now. I have a special needs daughter who has had multiple devices I have received from them. They are very thorough. The office staff is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.
