Really professional
Now I understand why they call this Hanger clinic because they leave you hanging if you need something from them. I went there 3 months ago to get new socks and sleeves and have gotten nothing but lies and excuses for everything. First I was told that I needed a prescription,then the doctor needed to make notes and send them to clinic. Then they tell me that they haven't received nothing and the whole time I have been waiting for Tricia to let me know what is going on. I highly recommend this Clinic. Everyone is incredibly friendly from the secretary to the doctors they all show authentic empathy and professionalism. If I could give them more stars I would!
