I recently had a consultation at Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics with George, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated his honesty and the care he took in addressing all of my questions. I would highly recommend George to anyone in need of prosthetic or orthotic care.
It's the hardest thing to assemble, the staph. I mean staff. From the moment I walk in is an atmosphere of total professionalism and for over a decade I have been treated with dignity and respect. And that speaks volumes because I'm not the easiest of patients to get along with but somehow the have put up with me. Really professional
Now I understand why they call this Hanger clinic because they leave you hanging if you need something from them. I went there 3 months ago to get new socks and sleeves and have gotten nothing but lies and excuses for everything. First I was told that I needed a prescription,then the doctor needed to make notes and send them to clinic. Then they tell me that they haven't received nothing and the whole time I have been waiting for Tricia to let me know what is going on. I highly recommend this Clinic. Everyone is incredibly friendly from the secretary to the doctors they all show authentic empathy and professionalism. If I could give them more stars I would!
