tried to pay online 2 different time a month apart, but their payment website was not secure.
I have been to them a few times for my 3 year old daughter's leg/foot issues. I have never gotten the runaround from them as one of the other reviews suggested. I have been met with respect and care at every visit. The staff are very professional and helpful. I had an issue with my insurance the first time I used them. Never got a bill from these people. Just suddenly started getting calls from creditors who had no information on what the charge was actually for. Whole thing feels shady and poorly managed.
I got the runaround had ,to do all the leg work for insurance purposes ,the hanger clinic lady would fax documents but somehow would come back wrong every time, they made me feel like they were more interested in getting paid instead of helping someone to walk again. The AK Tech was an awesome guy. I guess the office person wants an older crowd 50 and up.
