I really like the way that Mrs Shelby, and Mrs Sonia take care of there patients. Great service.
I’m very happy with the results I have gotten from the dr and staff I picked up my prosthesis and I had 1 problem with it I called and they got me in the next day and fixed it I went from using a wheelchair for 4 months to walking with no assistance of my wheelchair/walker or Cain in 3 days by myself and for that I’m greatly appreciated with the service I received from dr and staff at hanger clinic I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends if they ever needed a prosthesis
Some how appointment times were crossed, however the office Manager jumped in and took very good care of me. She did a great job, however this went from a 5 star to a 1 Star, I am not going to be real specific except to say I was treated the worst I have ever been treated in a health environment. When I questioned my treatment I was yelled at. I was also told they didn’t want my business when I showed up for an appointment that was canceled and I was told to leave. The service I have gotten so far has been absolutely amazing. They have worked with me every step of the way through all sorts of struggles with appointments and having to try various braces.
