Mike was excellent
I have a friend that went here for AFOs and it was a nightmare from the beginning. The billing department does not understand the concept of self pay and they will not listen when you attempt to explain it to them. They are rude as well as condescending. The patient is a medical insurance verifier and is very aware of the processes and when she tried to give them instructions on how to bill her insurance they were shot down and ignored.
