I went TO the high point hanger clinic- WITH MY PRESCRIPTION - to make myself an appointment to be fitted for a new back brace , because the one they sized me for 3 years ago is now to small. A man at the desk made my appointment AND hE TOOK MY PrESCRIPTION AND PUT IT in my file and he made a copy of my insurance card . And told me to be sure my doctor had notes that said why i needed a new brace so the insurance would pay for it. So i done all that. Everyone is super nice, and you don't have a long wait time. Jennifer is good at her job, and she knows what she is doing. I really like the Jennifer and the staff at The Hanger clinic.
I went to the High Point, N.C. location, and Sam is the greatest. He will answer all your questions and tell you everything you need to know. The ladies in the front office are easy to get along with. Thanks for all your help in my time of need.
Clinician J Jones is fantastic. Obviously she extremely knowledgeable and always well prepared.
