They supposedly have 2 clinics, , Richland and Seattle. Doctor referred me to the Seattle office, They don't answer their phones or answer to messages left with their answering service, which raises the question, "are they still open"?
My AFO joint broke while I was walking down a steep hill en route to a Mariners game (we were visiting from Spokane). Rose went above and beyond the line of duty to repair the brace, staying late because our GPS took us to the wrong place. Although we missed the game (not Rose's fault), my AFO was repaired and functional for the wedding we came over to attend. SO GRATEFUL!!!
I’ve been thru the ringer with these guys.. not sure if it’s a company wide thing but after calling around and speaking to different front office staff for the LAST 3 MONTHS trying to get initial appointment, then clarification bc there’s TWO in Torrence which isn’t discussed so careful not to waste all the time I did figuring it out.
