DISAPPOINTED!!! went to Hangar Clinic for a shoe insert my doctor had ordered for me. I went on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 to pick-up my insert. I paid the balance owed of $100. Unfortunately, the credit card machine wasn't working properly. My card was swiped several times. Resulting in my debt card being charged twice. I didn't discover this until Thursday, January 11, 2024. I called about a refund for the $100 overcharge. After a horrible experience with another vendor I called Hanger and spoke to Melinda who was not only patient and kind, but also too the time to make sure that they had what they needed to schedule me an appointment. Upon arrival the receptionist Jamie was very friendly and welcoming. Mr Anderson assisted me in getting fit for my boot and was gentle and informative. Every one at the office makes you feel like they have know you for ever. Rick Stapelton is awesome. He took time to show me how to put my back brace on. Explained how important it is to wear it. Answers all my guestions
These folks have always went out of their way to help. Thanks Andy for the help! While visiting family in Nevada my X3 charger decides to stop working. Contact Andy and within the hour he has a new charger being shipped the next day. Beyond elated, thanks again!
