Had appointments here for my youngest. The provider Mr Kirby was great. I believe it is Abby(?) at the front desk, she is amazing! She was fantastic at updating me along the process, when both items were in stock & made the process a breeze for us. Thank you guys again! We are very pleased with our experience!
Great medical staff. Very knowledgeable orthopedic staff. They really listen and are helpful. Absolutely garbage front office and receptionist. It is almost impossible to get in contact with the office. Calls go straight to voicemail or you're placed on indefinite hold. I have more conversations with the after hours phone service than I do with the actual receptionist. This place could be great if they hired some professional front office staff.
Super knowledgeable providers. That's where the praise ends. Over a month wait for an initial appointment, 6 week wait just to recieve shoes and orthotics that only require 2-3 weeks to arrive at the facility. 20 minute wait just for my scheduled appointment because the provider ran over with the previous client and the provider wasn't actually prepared for my appointment. I'd suggest going somewhere else, if you can.
What a mess this place is I had an appointment for the 13th of this month I have been look forward to because the excruciating pain in my foot just to have me bumped to June 3rd! It's May 8th I'm a veteran with mobility issues and that's is the best they can do a direct quote from the receptionist. If you wanna live in pain use this place.
Hanger to the rescue! My student athlete had a last minute leg malfunction before a lacrosse game. Thank you for helping to fix my daughter’s prosthetic leg in time for her big game!
