Totally incompetent, treated me like I was lying about the doctors office sending me their for a shower neck brace , they said there was no such thing and the insurance wouldn't allow me to have 2 different types of neck braces. Didn't believe me when I said that the doctor had it approved. Had to call the doctors office so they could explain what I needed and not a soft foam one. We ended up just ordering the one online. This place is wonderful!! I had no idea how much I needed the orthopedic shoes and the insoles made especially for my feet. I would recommend that anyone with neuropathy go get a consultation.
I am so thankful for the employees at Hanger Clinic. They go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and comfortable. Super professional and good at what they do. ♥️
