We drove over a hour just for them to say they didn't have a referral. They should have never made the appointment if they didn't see the referral. Also my peds office sent it several times and received confirmation of it while I was sitting there. That's not counting the referral that hot me the appointment. Yet they sit there looking confused. Condescending and bad attitudes with a splash of incompetence. No wonder their reviews are low.
Fantastic experience every time we visit We’ve used Hanger for two sets of braces now within the last year. Our two year old loves coming to get his braces made and checked! We would highly recommend Manuel and his staff to any family in need.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with either Paul Morton or Mr. Wallis for several days now and have received no response to my several text messages that I sent. I'm a former patient of Paul Morton’s at the Winston Salem Hanger Clinic office. When I was there, another Hanger Clinic specialist, Mr. Wallis, evaluated me for a vac-pin suspension system for my prosthetic leg. Horrible. This place takes advantage of people. My husband had all of the toes on his right foot amputated and needed to see about an insert. What he was told and what he received were two different items. Little history, husband had a stroke, and sometimes it’s hard for him to understand, or comprehend. He had his fitting went back in and what he received and what he was expecting was completely different. What we received looks like something a kindergarten had done.
