Terrible experience with Hanger Clinic Fountain Valley yesterday! Had a referral to get an immobolizing knee brace due to my injury. The rep at Hanger suggested an immobilizer that did not appear to be new but is all that was offered. The brace, bag and paperwork appear to have been used before but that is not the only issue. When I go to the front desk to check out with the used brace I find out it has an inflated price. The billed amount was $1087 leaving patient portion to be $126.20? Are you kidding me? Total ripoff.
