Secretaries are nice and can help over the phone and in person. Homer is nice and answers questions that I asked. He helped my cam boot fit how i liked it. Google maps confusing route for driver. Lunch time is at 12pm to 1pm it will be closed i know cause it happens to me.
Disappointed. Tech who helped me rushed and explained little about my orthotic or what to expect. Billing was totally fouled up. Initial bill was $700 over what it should have been. Entire experience was a mess. 2nd tech was better than the first, but the first one set all the wrong wheels in motion.
The staff was great and my custom insoles are high quality.
Myron changes lives! My bf has a below the knee amputation on one leg. Before Myron he associated his daily pain, discomfort, exhaustion & mobility issues to mainly his leg. But also he really associated prosthetics with pain. The moment he stopped moving his prosthetic came off, always! He came from out of town to see Myron & in the few months since getting his new socket, his energy immediately returned, his leg pain has decreased & he doesn't have the need to hurry to take his prosthetic off.
