Recomiendo ampliamente a Hanger Clinic, muy profesionales, un trato y comprensión excelente, no sé porqué los médicos de aquí en El Paso, Tx., jamás me enviaron a esta clinica. La Clínica Mayo en Arizona me envió a esta Clínica y quedé sorprendida de todo lo que tienen para ayudarme a caminar.
Extremely disappointed!!!! First they scheduled me at the wrong location. When they called me to reschedule they said the appointment would be at the right location at the same time as the previous appointment, 10:30. When I arrived for my appointment at 10:30, they said that they would try to fit me in in-between patients because my appointment was at 9:30! Come on!!! Get your _ _ _ _ together people!!!!
Secretaries are nice and can help over the phone and in person. Homer is nice and answers questions that I asked. He helped my cam boot fit how i liked it. Google maps confusing route for driver. Lunch time is at 12pm to 1pm it will be closed i know cause it happens to me.
Disappointed. Tech who helped me rushed and explained little about my orthotic or what to expect. Billing was totally fouled up. Initial bill was $700 over what it should have been. Entire experience was a mess. 2nd tech was better than the first, but the first one set all the wrong wheels in motion.
The staff was great and my custom insoles are high quality.
