Very knowledgeable and helpful
Our seven year old daughter had cancer and had her nodes removed from one of her armpits. Hanger Clinic was responsible for her custom compression garments and even confirmed with our cancer therapist that there was coverage for these garments. Hanger ended up sending us a bill for the full amount saying insurance wouldn't cover it and when we called back they said that they would absolutely work it out with insurance since there was pre-auth and this shouldn't "be on us to handle". I was prescribed orthotics for my feet. From scheduling to receiving all the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in Columbia.
All the staff at Hanger are amazing. We brought our son in for a helmet and we are very pleased with the results. They made us feel welcomed at every visit. I appreciate the time they took to explain the process and answer all of our questions. They also went above and beyond by meeting with us on a Sunday to adjust the helmet before we left for vacation. They provided updates on his measurements frequently, and the before and after looks great. His head looks perfect now!
