They never returned calls or answer their phone! It is ridiculous!
Not thrilled with this place at all. My dr submitted a referral for me to be seen here. They were supposed to call me within 48 hrs of the referral submission which was 9/23/25. Still to this date "no record of any referral is showing in our system" terrible customer service and condescending staff. Take your business elsewhere if you can.
We had an appointment for a helmet fitting with a face shield and this location was a nice surprise. I was so surprised by the 2 handicap buttons on the entrance and exit. The front desk was polite and really easy to work with. The staff was amazing. She listened to everything we had to say, what we needed and made things happen. Every dme experience should be like this. Those handicap buttons should be standard everywhere. Really nicely done. And the highlight of my day.
