Horrible call experience
Once someone at the Pasadena office finally answers the phone... I explain that I have an authorization code from my insurance to pick up some devices at this clinic---I then try to give them the Authorization code from the insurance paper that I give EVERY office. However, they were not able to look up my code, as in they did not have the software available to look it up... SO, they then expected me to go back and contact my DR/INSURANCE for THEM to get OTHER codes they needed for my devices, outside the authorization code ... read more
First time calling today to figure out how to pick up a boot my ortho prescribed. I nicely informed the receptionist I wasn’t sure how to go about to please help me she rudely said I have another call and you need to make an appointment. I told her she was being rude and that it was my first time calling to please let me know what she needed and what I needed to do to pick up my boot. I asked to be transferred to a manager/ supervisor and she refused stated she was the only one left in the office. I hope my visit tomorrow go... read more
