Oct 29 @ 1:30pm, I visited the clinic for my follow up appointment to retrieve my inserts. After waiting close to 20 minutes without an update I informed one of receptionists, the older one sitting to the right, at the Hanger Clinic I was departing. She was uncivilized, crude, coarse, and unprofessional when I informed her of my unwillingness to continue waiting.
