Josep is the new orthotist at Hanger Clinic and he is a wizard! He has a ton of experience doing all sorts of braces for kiddos. The HKFOs he made for my daughter quite literally changed her life. The amount of time and effort he put into customizing them was incredible. Josep truly cares for his patients and goes the extra mile to make sure you get a functional orthotic
I always believe in giving credit where credit is due, so I’m going to preface this with the socket that they built me works great. Everything beyond that has been a nightmare. The VA is my insurer, and when I came in to have my socket built, I was referred to as a “cash cow” By the prosthetist. The secretary demonstrates so much callous indifference to people it is offensive. Meanwhile, service after the sale of the socket has been terrible.
