The man who works there has a problem! From the way he talks to customers to the way he makes snide remarks and noises under his breath! I’m pretty sure it was because of his own personal hang ups, he’s short, bald, and has breath that smells like death! His whole attitude was disgusting! I currently use this Hanger location as they may be a little lax on my care they are overwhelmed with patients I do love my prosthesis lady she listens and trys to work from there . Communication is key no one can help fix an issue without knowing exactly what is happening. I go in at the end of the month so hopefully I will be casted for my next socket as this one is currently ill fitting not the clinics fault my residual limb just keeps shrinking .
Probably the worst Hanger location by far. So sorry I interrupted your Facebook time and asked a couple questions…isn’t that what the front desk person is for? Rude, all around lousy customer service skills! I’d rather drive to Tucson!
