I had a stroke and was sent to hanger Clinic to get a brace. The First time I got my brace it was too small and my foot would not fit in the brace and it was cutting me. So they said that they were gonna send it back and replace it. When they came back, it was still Too small and wouldn’t even fit in my shoe. Office staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. Person who hung up on me because I called her out about the office process being ridiculous. Called to try and schedule an appointment so many times and get the same answer. Spoke with the doctors office about the issue and they had fixed it to what was asked of them and Hanger office staff says that doctors are above signing paperwork. Will never go here again!!!!
I was having a hard time getting the paperwork for my doctor they went the extra mile to get the paperwork from my doctor and got me in relatively quick Very friendly polite and carry
