Do not recommend. Very limited appointment availability, especially for anyone who works during the day. Extremely difficult to get someone on the phone when you call. Overall, a frustrating experience from start to finish. If you have other options, I would suggest going elsewhere.
The clinician I saw was good, but my experience with insurance and billing was horrible. I had a fracture in my hand and needed a brace. My insurance always covers DME at 90% coverage. They ran my insurance and said it would not be covered. So, I paid a lot of money I could not afford to pay. The brace took 2 weeks to arrive in the clinic. A couple of weeks later I get an EOB from my insurance showing THEY PAID ALL BUT $23 of $236 billed to me.
