Awful customer service. We have a text and a phone call notification stating we have an appt with address and time. Get told there is no appt after driving there and zero help to make a new one. I only pray you never have to actually walk in some else's shoes one day. What a shame to be a company that is supposed to help people in need to only make things harder for them. Shame on you
UPDATE: Tania is the lady I dealt with she ended up hanging up on me, called back maybe 30 min later to let me know the AFO BRACE has been at the Hickory location since last week 😂🤦♀️ but the clinician coded it wrong so we can’t get it til that’s fixed. They are making there problem our problem and it is not ok. My husband had to be seen here to get an AFO brace, and the experience has been beyond frustrating. We were told the brace would be in on May 5th, then received a call saying FedEx lost the order. When I called to... read more
