Took a day off work for our daughter to be seen at UPMC Coudersport only to learn (by calling them) that the person who was going to see her was out sick that day. So we rescheduled and took ANOTHER day off work for the new appt, only to find out that they had re-rescheduled the appt without our knowledge or consent for a day the Coudersport clinic isn't even open. I'm now out two days of pay for having received less than zero service
Horrible communication. I called and emailed the office for two weeks to schedule an appointment for my baby before I reached someone, only to be referred to a different office. Two weeks wasted.
