I got referred over from Corona Temecula Orthopedics. I was told to help out each other when they need to. We were sent over to get a child's walking boot for my 11-year-old. I was informed when I got there that is not how they work and I need to have a appointment set up to see their doctor before they could give me anything. After I filled out all of the paperwork insurance information waited for her to put it all into her system. She sent someone out and they fit a boot on my foot. I took my son here for a new prosthetic, started the process in January.. it’s already about to be June.. and his leg is still not made.. my son is having pain with his old prosthetic and has to go to school like this! Unacceptable!!
Very disappointed in the difficulty in scheduling appointments. My son had to wait over 20 days to get his braces because they could not schedule an Appointment for him. Absolutely unacceptable.
