Very disappointed with Hanger Clinic's support staff. Their consistently rude and dismissive attitude, poor communication, and repeated billing issues make every interaction frustrating. At times, their disrespect even causes us to respond more sharply than we normally would. We continue coming only because of our technician's excellent expertise and care. Otherwise, we would have left long ago. Patients deserve respect and professionalism.
I waited an entire MONTH for my Crow boot. I scheduled my discharge from a nursing facility around getting my Crow boot at a certain date. I arrived at hanger in Dakota dunes for my appointment with Mike and my Crow boot wasn't there. No call to let me know that the boot wasn't there. I rode for over half an hour to get to the clinic for nothing because no one knew what the hell they were doing. If there was another option for orthotics I'd go to them.
