I received a text 1 day before my scheduled appointment with an address in Dakota Dunes SD. After working a 12 night shift I woke up after 2 hours of sleep so I could drive 1 hour 15 minutes to get to the appointment. When I arrived I was informed that my appointment was in Storm Lake which is 25 minutes from my house. Why the hell did they sent the wrong address??!! Something needs to be done!

Jeff Grieve is amazing! He is so patient with my daughter, getting her braces to fit just right! She left the office with double thumbs up. We’ve worked with Jeff since she was a little girl and couldn’t be more pleased.
