I waited an entire MONTH for my Crow boot. I scheduled my discharge from a nursing facility around getting my Crow boot at a certain date. I arrived at hanger in Dakota dunes for my appointment with Mike and my Crow boot wasn't there. No call to let me know that the boot wasn't there. I rode for over half an hour to get to the clinic for nothing because no one knew what the hell they were doing. If there was another option for orthotics I'd go to them.
