EVERYONE there is super nice and friendly! They never make you wait very long and they are through. I highly recommend them!
Hanger doesn’t really care about their customers. I spent 3 days on the phone trying to get a vacuum pump charger ordered, only to hear one reason after another as to why they couldn’t do it. I finally called the other guys in town and they had it shipped overnight directly to me THAT SAME AFTERNOON! I never even got a call back from Hanger asking me what happened. Been with them over 40 years. No more.
A++++ I was nervous about my upcoming surgery and all the staff made this a very positive experience! From the moment I walked in the front desk ladies Linda and Jessica were very kind and helpful with my questions. Once taken back to fit the boot Alan eased my nerves with fun conversation, and very respectful to my anxiety. He is truly a man with genuine integrity and care for what he does.
