A++++ I was nervous about my upcoming surgery and all the staff made this a very positive experience! From the moment I walked in the front desk ladies Linda and Jessica were very kind and helpful with my questions. Once taken back to fit the boot Alan eased my nerves with fun conversation, and very respectful to my anxiety. He is truly a man with genuine integrity and care for what he does. Avoid Flagstaff Hanger Prosthetic Clinic.
Knee brace is falling apart. Not even worth the co-pay and they are trying to charge me twice for a bill that was paid on the day of service. Nobody seems to be the right person to fix the bill. And, of course, getting through to anyone on the phone is exactly what you might imagine. Also, expect rudeness from them. I’m on hold, again, as I’m typing this. Pain in the arse. Go to another place.
Front desk lady was so mean n unfriendly. Sad for the place is good over all
