Always a good experience
I went to the hanger clinic to adjust my Braces The front person was very rude and ignore my needs. then she told me to go place you bought. I don’t believe I will get this kind of treatment from them because this is a very reputable company.
Extremely unprofessional. They wait an HOUR before my appt to tell me they still haven't received the approval from my insurance, and papers from the doctors. I already took off work and pulled my son out of school. And then she wants to reschedule but still doesnt know when the paperwork will be in! I'm so upset I have ran out of words.
I had the best experience today at Hangers! The receptionist was super kind and professional even when i showed up yesterday by mistake...lol...She went ahead and process my paperwork it wouldnt be a dead trip...loved it! The orthopedist, Joseph is a absolute gem! He was very kind, thorough and gentle during the exam..my foot hurt....He explained my condition and the how the AFO would benefit me.. I'm glad I chose these wonderful folks...Welcome to Florida Joseph, hope you stay! God bless !
