If we could leave 0 stars we would. My husband was referred here by the VA clinic, they contacted us to make an appointment and we immediately put the date and time in our calendar. We showed up for our appointment and the RUDEST WOMAN IN THE WORLD informed us that our appointment was next Thursday. Mistakes happen, but she was extremely rude and I won't go back again. This is my second interaction with this business and the second time I was treated poorly. I have forwarded this information to my referring doctor.
Update on my review I previously posted. My son had serial casting done for tip toe walking. He went through casting for 8 weeks. My appt was at 10:30 I was there at 10:15. I didn’t know I was supposed to have a specific type of brace. A man came in for his 11:00 appt early. So when we went back I had to call his dr which took 2 mins. She made us go back to the waiting room at 10:45 to take the 11:00 appt. I guess he was more important. We had to wait for him to finish his appt at 11:30. Needed new AFO braces. Danielle did an excellent job casting and fitting new braces. Also recommended the best shoes. Outstanding service and the best staff. Highly recommend Hanger.
I'd give them no stars if I could. I tried to get a appointment early . They "claimed" they contacted me next day in the morning . No call in my cell phone history . They are so rude rolling there eyes talking under there breath looking at you. There's a African American woman at the desk that needs a conversation about a better attitude in her job or she needs to do the right thing and quit. I was hesitant about getting braces and them being uncomfortable, but Danielle Dunegan (CPO Prosthesis Orthotics) took the time to get my exact measurements, and was very enjoyable to work with during the process. Danielle followed up with me after I received the braces and made sure that they were working properly. I'd rate my experience with Hanger Clinic a 5 star!! Very caring staff and dynamic atmosphere. I will definitely refer Hanger Clinic to anyone in need of their care.
