Been there 3 times since June 6th to get Velcro straps on my crow boot replaced. The guy today tried telling me the first two times they were probably just doing it good enough to get me by and that they never billed my insurance? Then tried telling me they only have me in the system as coming in once. Couldn’t breathe in there today due to no ventilation or air conditioning (100 degrees out) not working fumes were horrible from the prosthetics that they make. Left coughing. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Hanger clinic did a outstanding job making a brace for my foot,other places made braces simply wouldn’t work because the braces weren’t made right,therefore I went to hanger clinic in Ashland Ky. And they did a outstanding job making me one that fits great.they were very courteous and very interested in helping my problem with my foot.i definitely recommend them highly.
I was very happy with Hanger's. Rob took so much time with me and made sure of the right size and shoes. He explained everything, and made sure it was the right fit. I would highly recommend Hanger's .
