Previous review deleted, bad initial experience has been addressed and policy has changed, not only did I not get bs delays this time, they fixed 2 relatively major issues on a walk in basis (it should be noted, they do not do walk ins, so, that's a big deal that they handled that promptly and professionally)
Every time I go to Hangar Clinic in Temple I'm greeted very warmly and treated professionally. Eric and Kayla are two wonderful employees.
Kate and Eric were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Their knowledge , professionalism and service was without a doubt the best care I have received. Thank you Hanger Clinic! You guys are the best! Very Respectfully Mr. Pledger.
My experience with Hanger has been absolutely abysmal. No respect for your time, or any problem you may have, took FIVE visits (so far) and they've not even made an impression of my wounded leg. Not for any actual reason, just administrative failures. When I first visited, almost a year ago, to make contact, they were not my provider but they were courteous and prompt, and treated me like a person. This place is the worst place ever , I have gone several times to get my daughters AFO’s and the orthodic doctor keep messing it up each time. I don’t know why I give him so many chances , I am never going back. He has me wasting my money , time and energy. DONT RECOMMEND!! Just horrible.
