My son has fractured ankle, goes 1 week in hard cast, 3 weeks in air cast walking boot, now he needs regular ankle brace. On a Monday get told that we have to wait for insurance to pay for the brace and that an adult will have to pick it up as he wont be able to as a minor and in finals week. I go in on a Wednesday and the desk lady stands on business to make an appointment for son to be here to be fitted. For a universal ankle brace?? Then why was I told different on monday? Pat is great! Very nice and professional, and fitted my daughter for her knee brace which has already made a difference in how her knee feels. He truly deserves a 5 star rating. His receptionist at the front desk, he should reconsider. I would not give her one star!! She was very rude both times we were in the office. The second time felt it was her place to tell me that there was no need for my daughter to be fitted for a brace because we had purchased one from Walmart until Pat could see her. Horrible!!! Very rude right when I walked in, they were mean and stared me up and down like I wasn't welcome! 2 weeks since I put in for my walking boot and no reply or fulfillment!!! BEWARE!!! I'M DISGUSTED BY HOW THEY TREATED ME!!! IM CONTACTING THE WMMC DIRECTOR. Way to treat someone in need! Karma will get you.
