After visiting several prosthetic offices following my amputation, I visited the Hanger location in Cumming, GA. The man I met with was very caring and genuinely listened to my concerns. Because of his knowledge and caring nature, I made a follow up appointment that day (which I told myself I wouldn't do) to begin working towards my new leg. I highly recommend this office and doctor!
I go in, useless visit, YOUNG kid had nothing and had to come back at a later time. No phone call and no follow up from him. I call... Exchange answers... What? They are not in now... No, I was told, usually they are back in by 1pm. I said it is 1:20. She said you want to try calling back at 1:30. No thanks. So, there is no follow up. Completely unorganized and useless visit for money. Guy fakes his way through with a tape measurement around the waist and um yes, okay Miss... This is a business? Good service.
The staff at this office is the best! They were very friendly and helpful with my situation. I had gotten a knee brace at a different Hanger office about 2 hours away from home and a week later I went to this office since I live in Roseville. They were very helpful on my first visit and I returned 1 week after when they helped make the brace a little bigger since it didn't fit right. At neither visit did they charge for their help and services.
Awesome people who know how to make you feel comfortable with a sometime stressful process. Adrienne Hill is skilled and a professional at her craft. You can feel her caring energy as she works to make prosthetic right for you. What a blessing she has been to me. B Lewis
I think you have the wrong area code
I been coming to hanger a couple times now. Every time i came they greeted me always with a smile and every time i left still had a smile telling me to drive safe. Jeff was the prosthetist working on my leg and he was always nice and very respectful.He did a great job on my leg and anytime i needed my leg fix they would always say come right away and they would take care of my leg right way and get it back to me as soon as possible.When anybody ask me where they should go for a prosthesis to go to hanger, in casa grande wher... read more
The service was good, but their billing department is incompetent, which is why I will never do business with them again. I paid via Credit Card on the day of service. They have been billing me every month since then. I called and they said if I gave them a copy of my credit card statement showing the charge, it would clear it up. I did this. Yet I continue to get billed. I've called, I've gone into the place in person, nothing gets done. They say they are aware of the problem and will fix it, however it has been SEVEN month... read more
