Even as a long term customer (over 20 yrs) THEY, WITHOUT ADVANCE WARNING OR NOTIFICATION, discontinued medical equipment sales & service; LEAVING ME & COUNTLESS OTHERS IN THE LURCH! Those of us that PURCHASED OUR WHEELCHAIRS & WALKERS FROM THIS COMPANY HAVE BEEN ABANDONED BY THEM! Good people and good service. They have been taking care of my diabetic shoe needs for years. Steve
If you have a choice over locations, don't work with this location. For whatever reason, they have been dragging their feet for months and months. I have a small child that needs orthotics and they are doing everything they can to delay the delivery of the necessary equipment. When we told them we were going through a government program instead of our own insurance, they told us we'd have to have the child would grow and have to be refitted before we received the product. Today I had an evaluation appointment for my daughter, I called because we were stuck in traffic and would be about 10-15 minutes late. The representative on the phone, was extremely rude and told me that my appointment was at 3,, not 3:15. (what I was told when I made the appointment weeks earlier). She said my daughter would not be able to get seen, because we were late, and the dr. had an appointment at 4. I felt as if they were not understanding, or willing to work with us.
