I had an appointment at 0800, the first patient of the day. I waited until 0820 and told the receptionist that I need to be rescheduled because I have been waiting for 20 minutes. The receptionist told me that the PT lives in Greenville. I live a similar distance and I managed to get here on time. A responsible employee that respected the patient would have called the office and relayed this to the patient. Very unprofessional attitude. Hanger Clinic is my preferred Prosthetics. Since I am a veteran and use their services they have been very professional and courteous as well as meeting my personal needs every time.
I was referred by the VA to Hanger Clinic. Had my first appointment today they are a great group of people. Very Friendly, helpful with all the questions I had about getting inserts and shoes to help with the issues I have with my feet. I look forward to my follow up appointments. Easy location to get to and have plenty of parking. Update 3.16.23. Got my shoes and inserts today and wow what a difference it makes. These shoes are so comfortable especially with the inserts. Thank you for all of your help.
