The people were nice.... My daughter was rescheduled 3 times for her FIRST consult due to vacations and then employee dinners... The second appointment has been rescheduled twice. I will say once was due to me being sick and now they have rescheduled the 2nd due to manufacturer issues. However, when she had leg braces that were custom made and we went through a different prosthetic company they did not take this long. My appointment was 8:00. I was called at 8:00. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you
I had an appointment at 0800, the first patient of the day. I waited until 0820 and told the receptionist that I need to be rescheduled because I have been waiting for 20 minutes. The receptionist told me that the PT lives in Greenville. I live a similar distance and I managed to get here on time. A responsible employee that respected the patient would have called the office and relayed this to the patient. Very unprofessional attitude.
