I was happy to have my appointment finally for new shoes.August 31st. Decided to call the office and make sure my appointment was still on and the front tells me that I don't have an appointment. I know for a fact they have my paperwork, and this is what they do to me.This is just not cool with me very unhappy with this. They need to get there s*** together
