My first visit I didn’t schedule any appointment I walked in, they fitted me on the spot for my back brace. Front desk was very kind and the technician was also kind knowledgeable and so helpful. My brace was able to be picked up in 2 days time thanks to staff working with my dr and insurance.
Hard to get a hold of someone on the phone or to get a response to a voicemail. When we finally got fitted for smo braces we had to go back 2 additional times because they kept being made in the wrong size.
Very professional. Knowledgeable in New products available. Left feeling confident, comfortable and well informed.
I’m only giving this 1 star because it will not let me give a rating any lower. My very first appointment was short, with staff not really telling me what they were doing or how the process went. Then she left, said she needed to “plug the numbers into the computer” and came back with a print out of my sons measurements. They have rescheduled on me 6 times now and all of them being last minute. Very unprofessional and extremely upsetting.
