Immediately met by a rude front desk person. It started looking better then very quickly went downhill. The scheduler said id be good. They get me completely fitted just to let me sit for a hour and take the brace that I needed away. They are a joke and if you can go through amazon I would do that.

pt who scheduled their appointment 2 months ago, showed up 15 minutes before scheduled appt, receptionist was rude from the moment we walked in. registered/checked in, waited in small waiting area and 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time, receptionist said the provider cannot see him and in walks another pt who she tells 'the provider has an opening, and will see you shortly.' received services from this provider before with no issues. had referral from primary sent over as it was needed before an appointment could be... read more

The VA referred me to the Rapid City Hanger Clinic for help with nerve pain in my feet, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. I was referred to you a year ago by the VA. I had very painful walking. My feet were scanned and orthopedic shoe inserts were ordered. My foot pain and heel roll disappeared. My last year has been great. I walk an avg of 7 miles a day--365. My shoes show virtually no heel roll/wear. I'm a fan!
