I was referred to you a year ago by the VA. I had very painful walking. My feet were scanned and orthopedic shoe inserts were ordered. My foot pain and heel roll disappeared. My last year has been great. I walk an avg of 7 miles a day--365. My shoes show virtually no heel roll/wear. I'm a fan!

Ok I have now called Hanger twice once in May when they receive my script for a Townsend custom knee brace I explain to them back then that I am an over road driver and I am only home for a short time. They could not get me in at that time for a 20 minute scan of my leg that’s it. They said that they were booked out till July. They told me to call them back in July to schedule for August, I just called them. They had thrown out my prescription because they were under the assumption.
