I had a frustrating experience with Hanger Clinic that highlights serious issues with their billing, communication, and business practices. I have called them numerous times to set up an appointment to get a replacement boot for my mom. They never answer the phone and don’t return calls when I left messages. I didn’t want to just show up with no appointment as it was a long drive to not know for sure if we would be seen! Not professional at all!
My 3rd year getting fitted for orthotics at this location. In year one, the representative was courteous, yet in the third year, Garret stands out. Garrett used innovative technology to scan my feet, unlike the previous kit you stepped in to get the imprint. Garret was courteous and informative, sharing his knowledge to educate me. If I could give zero stars I would. They are horrible. I called two months ago to make an appointment. They made the appointment with the wrong phone number then I had to follow up with them to find out about my appointment and they never mentioned I needed a referral form. I have open access so I thought it was fine until we got the appointment and they told they would not see me without a referral form. Then I realized they also spelled my son’s name wrong.
