My 3rd year getting fitted for orthotics at this location. In year one, the representative was courteous, yet in the third year, Garret stands out. Garrett used innovative technology to scan my feet, unlike the previous kit you stepped in to get the imprint. Garret was courteous and informative, sharing his knowledge to educate me. If I could give zero stars I would. They are horrible. I called two months ago to make an appointment. They made the appointment with the wrong phone number then I had to follow up with them to find out about my appointment and they never mentioned I needed a referral form. I have open access so I thought it was fine until we got the appointment and they told they would not see me without a referral form. Then I realized they also spelled my son’s name wrong. They were not helpful at all. I literally call all around to get t... read more

Not only does Jessica go above and beyond to make sure my orthotics are perfect, no matter how many visits it takes, but she is an absolute sweetheart. No matter how long it has been, she always remembers what was going on with me last visit. She knows I'm a kinesiologist and doesn't speak to me like a lay person. We have a whole therapy session. LOL! Also, Chanel at the front desk is very sweet. She laughs at my lame jokes which makes me smile as I have lots of them. I'm a veteran and a patient with the VA. They take great ... read more
I would give zero stars if I could. Do not go here. I unknowingly went here because my doctor prescribed me to get a medical device. They told me I need to make an appointment and gave me an appointment time for a month in the future when I need this device NOW. And that’s why my doctor made a prescription. This place is a shame and poor excuse for helping individuals. What a shame. Also the front desk person was absolutely rude and disrespectful and was not helpful at all.
