While I have had problems with Hanger Clinic as a whole, I am apologizing to Emily. I am sorry for raising my voice and getting frustrated. I could have handled it a lot better, and I am sorry. Handling the medical world is not easy at all, and has more times than not left me in tears and feeling helpless I recently received a life changing (not in a good way) diagnosis for my 2 year old. This is the most incompetent prosthetic place around. I had the misfortunes of having to deal with this place 2 time due to insurance regulations. First time I ended up having to go up to north jersey to get one of there other locations to redo everything. Second time was a few yrs later and again had to find another company to redo it. There scam is to make you leave with the purchase so they get paid from insurance. If it doesn’t fit correct in all was do not remove the product from the property till it 100% fits and funct... read more

Needed a back brace prior to my surgery Kate Kurtz made it her mission to make sure We had the brace and it was fitted correctly. This was all beyond her responsibilities.
