Hangar clinic definitely needs to be more available once a brace has been bought. I had surgery in June and I have to wear the brace for three months at least. Pieces began to break off and when I called their office for replacement they could not see me for a MONTH. A week before I get my brace off!! The brace shifts everytime a piece breaks off and I’m no longer sure it is even helping me! They also do not return any messages left on their answering machine!
Not very nice on the phone. Web site should include that they don't do medicare covered inserts or shoes. A waste of my time on the phone
Walked by to inquire about their services and the young Lady behind the desk treated me Like a common criminal.. the impression she gave was that she was annoyed by my presence.. horrible look for this business .. nobody should be treated like this EVER.. if you want to be treated like a human being and not a piece of garbage I would avoid this place like the Plague
My son had plagiocephaly and needed a helmet. We recommended to use this clinic and I'm so glad we did. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff. Lauren is who worked with my son on preparing his helmet and making adjustments along the way. I can't say enough praises about her. Very kind and takes her time to get the perfect fit. Thankful for this team of great people
