Everyone I talked to was nice but they couldn't tell me if they were in network for my insurance when I made the appointment. They said they would call to let me know. They did not so I took of work and showed up only for them to tell me I'm not. Very inconsiderate.
This place is an absolutely disrespectful waste of your time, I really wish I had gone somewhere else. I came last year after waiting about a month for the initial appointment, for my AFO. First I got a call saying my orthotic was not on the shipment they initially expected it to be on and moved the delivery appointment out an additional month. Ok cool, I get things happen. The Hanger Clinic's Spring location has been the most disappointing prosthetics provider I have ever encountered. If I could assign a rating of -0 star, I would. As an amputee, I expect a reputable company like Hanger Clinic to possess extensive knowledge in creating prosthetics and providing treatments tailored to individuals with limb loss.
