This place is an absolutely disrespectful waste of your time, I really wish I had gone somewhere else. I came last year after waiting about a month for the initial appointment, for my AFO. First I got a call saying my orthotic was not on the shipment they initially expected it to be on and moved the delivery appointment out an additional month. Ok cool, I get things happen. The Hanger Clinic's Spring location has been the most disappointing prosthetics provider I have ever encountered. If I could assign a rating of -0 star, I would. As an amputee, I expect a reputable company like Hanger Clinic to possess extensive knowledge in creating prosthetics and providing treatments tailored to individuals with limb loss. Good people & Good place! If I have any problems with my prosthetic they will take care of it. Thanks to everyone that's working there and Mrs. Katherine for always helping me even though I don't like bothering anyone.
