I was satisfied with my baby's treatment there about a year ago. Anthony and Donna were great and kind.

I arrived to find they had NO record of my appointment or even my name in the computer. I had spent a long time on the phone with the woman at the desk - she even gave me detailed info on how to get from the garage to the clinic. The woman at the desk had no empathy and from the sound of her voice, I'm quite sure she was the person who screwed up my appointment. I'm going somewhere else so there's money she lost you! She should be spoken to! Driving all the way that I did in thick traffic is a real bummer.
