When my son got his helmet at 6 months old, Anthony was so knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns. He also made my son feel comfortable and excited to see him! Donna was also lovely and very helpful at the desk. Thank you for making this a great experience for us :)
After getting my ankle-foot orthotic (AFO) over eight years ago after I had a stroke, I needed a lost screw. Thank heaven they were able to repair it! Furthermore, they fixed a problem with the AFO that I was unaware of.
Not honest! Left shoes to be modified. Over the next four weeks called three times and went by in person once asking when they would be ready. All four times was told, "I will find out and call you back by the end of the day." No calls. One month later was called, "Your shoes are here. Would you like to send them out to be modified?!?!?" No thank you. Needed these shoes for a special occasion and this caused undo stress. I was satisfied with my baby's treatment there about a year ago. Anthony and Donna were great and kind.
